The Department of Tourism and Hotel Management places a strong emphasis on professional grooming and practical training to prepare students for employment in tourism and hospitality firms. Three year undergraduate programme with specialisation in tourism and hotel manageent. Industry Internships and lab practical are part of our syllabi
B.Voc in Hotel Management
We have three year vocational degree in Hotel Management. It includes compulsory industrial training, food production practical lab as part of the curriculum.

Our food production lab is equipped with modern kitchen tools in which students can experience the most advanced industrial cooking environment under the guidance of experience chefs.
Limca Book of Records
In 2011, our department achieved a Limca Book of Records entry by collaboratively preparing 101 pathri varieties in our production lab involving students and teachers.
