Activities
The Career Guidance Cell actively organizes orientation sessions on higher education opportunities in India and abroad. It provides training sessions to help students excel in entrance examinations for prestigious institutions. Motivational talks by experienced career experts are conducted. The cell offers career interest assessment through structured tests. It frequently arranges motivational visits to institutions and companies, facilitating valuable exposure for students.

The Capacity Building Programs wing identifies market-demand job skills and designs suitable training modules to impart those skills to students. It supervises the implementation of such programs at the department level and primarily conducts capacity building workshops for students seeking immediate employment after graduation.

Amal College offers internship opportunities to undergraduate students, both within and beyond the curriculum. The Touring and Hotel Management Department provides a six-month internship program in renowned tourism and hospitality firms as part of the BTHM and BVoc in Hotel Management curriculum. Other departments like Commerce, Management, Economics, and Logistics arrange summer and project internships for their students.
Activities
The Internship Cell at Amal College is dedicated to providing extensive exposure opportunities to students. Recently, we facilitated international internships related to events like the Qatar World Cup and Dubai horse race. Additionally, our students regularly intern at renowned five-star properties in major cities like Bangalore and Chennai. We have strong associations with prominent brands such as Sheraton, Taj, and Holiday Inn, among others.
