Welcome to the Department of Physical Education at Amal College of Advanced Studies, led by the Head of Department, Dr. Nafih CH. Established in 2005. We take immense pride in the fact that our students contribute their skills and talents to represent the Indian team.
About us

Our department has been providing the best training and education in physical activity and fitness to our students. We believe in the importance of physical activity and fitness for overall health and well-being. Our mission is to equip our students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience needed to excel in their chosen careers in the fitness, health, and sports industries. We are proud to announce that our students at the Department of Physical Education have achieved outstanding success in various tournaments, winning more than 50 national and state medals in sports such as drop ball, softball, badminton, and more.

Best of Physical Education
Selection to Indian Team
Arsha Sathyan and Athulya from Amal College have been selected to the Indian Softball team for Asian Women Softball Championship to be held in Incheon, South Korea.
Yoga and Fitness Centre
Our center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including spacious yoga studios, fully-equipped fitness areas, and a range of fitness equipment, to ensure that you have everything you need to achieve your goals.
Select Games
We focus on select games where our students have an extra edge for winning medals. We provide focused training and coaching facilities to our students
Encourage Participation
We have designed an extension programme named ‘Ascend’ to give skill training to the tribal youths in the campus neigbourhood. Student volunteers lead the training sessions.
Intensive Coaching
At our institution, we pride ourselves on providing our students with unique and intensive training and practice sessions. Our focus is on delivering need-based training that helps build the confidence of our students, which in turn leads to winning games and medals.
