On 21 April 2022, the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Amal College of Advanced Studies in Nilambur organized an Industry Academia Meet at Peevees Arcade in Nilambur. The event was aimed at bringing together industry experts and academics to discuss and share knowledge about the hospitality industry.
The event featured Mr. Rajesh Narasimman, an Executive Chef at Qatar Star Services LLC, as the resource person. Mr. Narasimman shared his insights and expertise in the field of culinary arts and hospitality management with the attendees.
The talk covered a wide range of topics, including the latest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry, the importance of food safety and hygiene, and the challenges faced by the hospitality sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.
