The Department of Tourism and Hotel Management organized a workshop on food safety standards led by Shabu Thambi, Team Leader and Instructor of Culinary and Food Safety at the National Hospitality Institute, Sultanate of Oman. Held on August 26, 2022, at Peevees Arcade and in collaboration with NHI National Hospitality Institute, the event emphasized vital food safety practices.
