On March 8, 2021, Amal College’s Department of Computer Science hosted a compelling debate titled “Women and Men Empowerment for Gender Equality” in collaboration with the Women’s Development Cell. The event, commemorating International Women’s Day, featured diverse speakers who discussed education’s role, workplace equality, stereotypes, and engaging men in gender equality efforts. Students actively participated, reflecting a strong commitment to societal change. The debate effectively raised awareness and emphasized the importance of collective action for a more equitable future.
