On August 17, 2022, the Department of Computer Science at Amal College, in collaboration with Chaliyar Panchayath, conducted “Digital Neighborhood,” an extension activity surveying 100 houses. Fifty-four students demonstrated digital services like Google Pay, Digi Locker, and Google Drive. The event, attended by around 100 community members, focused on educating participants about the benefits of digital tools and online safety. This initiative aimed to boost digital literacy and security in the community.
