The “Technical Support” program organized by the Department of Computer Science at Amal College of Advanced Studies on September 12, 2020, aimed to enhance final-year students’ technical support skills. Inaugurated by Dr. Zacariya TV, Principal in charge, the virtual session led by Dr. Abdul Jabbar PT, Head of the Department, saw active participation from 33 students. The program successfully motivated students and provided valuable insights into technical support practices.
