On November 17, 2021, Amal College of Advanced Studies’ Department of Computer Science hosted “Digi Tech,” a technical support session for Digi Dreamers Volunteers. Conducted by Adeeb Aslam PK from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, the program aimed to enhance participants’ ICT/Computing skills. With 26 enthusiastic students, the session covered hardware/software basics, troubleshooting, remote support, networking, OS support, and security/privacy, providing practical insights into technical support practices.
